Maintenance Technician
Newark, NJ
$33.00 – $36.00 per hour
Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance
· Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on the equipment, and machinery
· Diagnose and repair machinery faults
· PLC troubleshooting (desirable)
· Respond promptly to equipment failures to reduce downtime
· Equipment installation, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
· Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure equipment remains in safe condition
· Accurately document all maintenance activities using a CMMS system

Tool and Die Maker

Are you an experienced Tool & Die Maker looking for a new challenge? If so the below job might be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform maintenance and repairs on existing dies, fixtures, and tooling
· Ensure quality and functionality of all tooling
· Support the production team by minimizing tooling downtime
· Conduct proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
· Set up and operate machine tools as needed
· Participate in new tooling projects, assisting with fabrication, fitting, and testing
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and tool performance
· Collaborate with other departments to implement tooling improvements
· Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and procedures
Qualifications/Experience:
· Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
· Willingness to work occasional Saturday overtime as needed
· Skilled in the operation of milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other equipment
· Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Quality Control Engineer

$80,000 – $90,000 per year

Are you a Quality Control Engineer looking for a new opportunity? If so, this may be the right role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct internal process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
· Prepare and submit PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation
· Lead and participate in 8D problem-solving activities for internal and external issues
· Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
· Interface with customers on quality-related concerns and corrective actions
· Ensure calibration of measurement equipment and tools
· Develop and implement quality inspection plans and work instructions
· Collaborate with other departments on quality initiatives
· Maintain quality documentation and records in line with ISO standards
· Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualifications/Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Desirable)
· Experience in a quality control or quality engineering role within manufacturing
· Strong understanding of PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SPC
· Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methods (8D or 5-Why)
· Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools
· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
